New shop and office space, complete with cast-in place under slab fire water reservoir tank. Ground up construction complete with 9,375 sq. ft. of shop space, 2,580 sq. ft. parts room and two stories of office space totaling 12,300 sq. ft.

This 43,000 sq. ft. mini-storage facility complex boasts seven separate facilities for 244 units with additional storage RV and boat storage onsite. The site is also staged and ready for a future three storey conventional steel expansion for heated interior storage units.

English pubhouse is 8,900 sq. ft. of conventional steel construction with a rooftop patio that features exterior bar, food smoker areas, fireplace and patron seating. The completed interior displays extensive millwork, ceiling murals and fireplaces.
